For lovers of eggs in the nads. I always wonder how can raw egg yolk be placed in a bag of ready protein. Taught me a good chef from the restaurant. And for many years cooked for Breakfast. Who cares-we'll see! (Another is the poached eggs)

Cooking
First make the addition to the eggs. Tomatoes and garlic bake in the oven. When they bake, we burirum it all together and add your favorite spices (I prefer oregano, pepper. salt)
Zucchini cut into thin strips and fry in a frying pan.
Take a tall pot, so it was easy to lower the ladle with the "head". Fill it half way with water. Bring the water to a full boil, add salt and vinegar. Take a small ladle and the egg.
Drop it into boiling (at this time the water should not boil) the water from the "head" (not very sharp) for about 2-3min. Protein, as it will envelop the yolk.
Take a ladle and carefully spoon put on the plate. Add our zucchini and pasta with tomatoes and garlic.
