For the competition "Silver Line to the delight of the children." Very delicious cookies, with tea leaves and it's hard to stop (like seeds:-))took the recipe from the book Elmira Magicboy "All test"

Cooking
Separate three eggs - yolks and white separately. Protein remove in the refrigerator, and the yolks + 1 whole egg, we need to prepare the dough.
Now our yolk-egg mixture, beat well and add small servings of 0.75 Cup sugar (a little more than half Cup of sugar)
Now a few bucks flour (sifted) and add vanilla. Very gently stir
A small spoon or syringe (confectionery) press out small portions of 1.5 cm on lined baking sheet. Put in preheated oven and roast at a temperature of 170-180*C for 15 minutes. Once the cookies will be lightly Golden, then it's time to pull out of the oven.
While cookies are in the oven, we need to whisk the egg whites with the sugar (add a little citric acid to the strength of foam) in a solid foam. Can the sugar substitute powder, i.e., conventional cooking without the tree. (For this particular batch of cookies three proteins was a lot, we still made from the remains of hazelnut meringue. Here two proteins at the time)
Now our Golden lepeshechki neatly squeeze out meringue and put to dry in oven for (approx) 1 hour at a temperature of 120*C. the Oven needs a little lift. If the oven has a fan, it is very good, as cookie turns out two baking sheets and put at the same time, dries perfectly. Meringue takes a pale cream colour means it's time to pull out. Cookies are delicious and light, and small size - the kids really enjoy.
