Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • The mixture powder

Prepare the batter: whisk 2 eggs with 1 Cup. sugar, 1 sachet of vanillin, soda, slaked vinegar, add 1 tbsp. sour cream 20%. All beat well and divide into 2 parts: one part leave it white, and in the second part add cocoa. Add to both parts of the flour half a Cup, thoroughly mix.

Bake sponge cakes for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. Divide the finished cakes into 2 parts (and white, and black).

You will get 4 layers.
