Prepare the batter: whisk 2 eggs with 1 Cup. sugar, 1 sachet of vanillin, soda, slaked vinegar, add 1 tbsp. sour cream 20%. All beat well and divide into 2 parts: one part leave it white, and in the second part add cocoa. Add to both parts of the flour half a Cup, thoroughly mix.
Bake sponge cakes for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. Divide the finished cakes into 2 parts (and white, and black).
Put alternately white and dark cake layers and brush with cream.
Prepare the cream of the dry mixture for the cream: whip 1 pack of chocolate cream with 250 grams of milk and 3 tbsp sugar.
To prepare the icing for decoration.
