Pork, stewed in cranberry sauce
And again pork and cranberry sauce))) Pork goes well with sweet and sour taste. Here, pork is stewed in cranberry sauce and they are soaked. Plus - another added spice that makes the taste of the finished dish spicy-sweet-sour. I hope fans of such tastes is my recipe enjoy!

Ingredients

The loin portions of pork (can be any, but better coreena part of it) to recapture or softening in any convenient and usual manner. Coat each piece (both sides) with olive oil and rubbed with a mixture of spices. The mixture of spices must include ginger and black pepper. But with peppers you can experiment with.
