Description
Shrimp on skewers are cooked a few minutes, eaten even faster. I had a shrimp and not a lot I strung each on a separate skewer.

Cooking
1. Shrimp to peel. In a Cup mix the soy sauce, oil. lemon juice, pepper and chopped garlic. Put the prawns in the marinade, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes.
2. Then, each shrimp put on a bamboo skewer.
3. Roast on the grill a few minutes on each side.
