Description
The recipe comes from the book of V. V. Pokhlebkin and a long time is often rescued, as the bread cooked for 30 minutes.

Cooking
Take 35-50 grams of yeast 0,5 Cup water, 1-2 tbsp flour. Stir everything together, set aside. Finely chop-finely or mince the onion. Light the oven. Add in the yeast mixture in 0,5 glass of water and 1/3 Cup of sunflower oil. Everything quickly and carefully stir, add chopped onions, salt (pinch or two), then gradually pour the flour and stir all the time until it forms a dough, not adhering to the hands.
Make dough balls about the size of an Apple or a little less and splyusnuta each of these balls into a pancake with a thickness of about 1-1,5 cm. Place tortillas on a baking sheet at a distance of approximately 1.5-2 cm from each other. Draw on these pellets deep lines with a knife, making them as if striped.
Allow the bread to stand for 2-3 minutes and put in the oven. After 10 minutes see pierce the pointed match. If the pellets are flushed, and match the traces of dough, let stand in the oven for 2-3 minutes, but not more. Remove, spread on a wooden Board, cover with a towel.
Try the bread cooked in about 25 minutes, not before: only then it gets its real taste.
