Amazing tender and juicy chicken.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cognac

    5 Tbsp

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Carnation

    1 piece

  • Salt

Enable to heat up the oven on 200*. Chicken wash in cold water, dry and season with salt (and pepper optional). If you take a whole chicken, then cut into pieces, then season with salt. Fry the chicken in heated pan, turning 1-2 times, until browned.

Then add to the chicken onion, chopped into slices (according to the recipe, I cut finely for a husband), and add the brandy, which ignites (to set fire to the brandy, I heat it in a ladle, ignite and pour there the chicken. It is important that all the pieces came to a few seconds)

Add the wine, broth, garlic, Bay leaf, cloves (not more than one), mix everything thoroughly. Requires a frying pan with a detachable handle, which can be put in the oven. I don't have one, so I put in glass form.

Cover my form no, so I just wear the sleeve for baking, which is pierced in several places. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 70-80 minutes
