Potatoes baked in cheese and garlic crust
Cooked very simply and quickly, but incredibly delicious.. This recipe shared with me a girlfriend ever since and is often prepared on an industrial scale. Can be eaten hot or cold, can the next day to reheat in the microwave. In General, fans of potatoes I recommend to try definitely.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Dutch cheese

    0.5 kg

  • Mayonnaise

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Prepare all the ingredients. The potatoes well to wash, I do it hard side of a sponge or brush. Grease a baking sheet or a baking dish with oil. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and lay on a baking sheet cut up, sprinkle with salt and send in preheated oven for 40 min.

While the potatoes are baking, prepare the curd. On a coarse grater grate the cheese, add pressed garlic and mayonnaise.

Take the potatoes, the readiness check with a toothpick or knife as cooked.

Spread on top cheese and garlic mass and again put into the oven.

When the crust is Golden, you can get and enjoy.

In curd, you can add chopped ham or cooked chicken, sausage. You can put a circle of tomato or add your favorite spices. It depends on YOUR flight of fancy and "stale" products in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!!!
