The idea of this dish I saw in the "Deli", but there was a variant with fish. I did fully allowed to post products. For "Cooking with Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Leeks

    2 piece

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Walnuts

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

Shrimp finely chopped with a knife. Cook rice and cool. Also finely chop walnuts and garlic.

Mix the shrimp with rice.

Add hot pepper, salt, nutmeg to taste, nuts and garlic. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour. The white part of a leek chopped tubes with a length of 7-8 cm, divided into separate tubes, choose the largest. Be dried thoroughly.

Pretty tight stuff the minced onion straws.

Fry in oil on medium heat until Golden brown on all sides (5-8 minutes).

Preheat the oven to 200 C. to Shift the tubes in a refractory form, pour 5 tbsp of hot water, slightly prisolit and put in the oven for 20 minutes. My VERY much!
