Have you ever looked into the nest of the magpie-beloboka? Then there just no!!!! Here in my "nest" and all that... But everything's delicious and healthy: potatoes, little carrot, courgette, tomatoes, mushrooms... even maslinka, and as a spicy raisin - walnut sauce. Turned out very tender and tasty portions zapekanki. In my opinion, this dish is worthy of the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Carrots, potatoes and zucchini grate on a grater for Korean salads. Stir, add salt, drain off excess juice.

While zapekanki in the oven, there's time to make the sauce. For this processor it is necessary to chop the nuts, add the vegetable oil, horseradish, wine vinegar and a little water. All is well beaten in the processor. It turns out very tender on the consistency of the sauce resembles mayonnaise, and tastes much better. I thought that this sauce can even be added to the salad in the post instead of mayonnaise.

Ready casseroles to sauce, decorate with olives and herbs. Planned to make 4 servings for dinner, my husband and the next day to leave. It turned out very tasty, ate two servings. In General, this is a dinner for 2 adults. Bon appetit!!!
