Three different layers: hazelnut, honey and cream, tart with a filling of prunes, airy sour cream ice cream... well, delicious!

Cooking
Prunes cut into pieces and soaked in white wine.
For honey cake: whisk one egg, one third Cup of sugar, 30 grams of butter, one third Cup of honey, add half teaspoon of baking soda (Gasim lemon juice or vinegar) and a Cup of flour.
Pour in the form, greased and covered with parchment, and bake in preheated oven until tender (about 10 minutes). The cooled cake cut into two.
For the walnut sponge cake: whisk one egg, half a Cup of sugar, 100 grams of sour cream (if thick, a little more), add ground peanuts and orange peel, then hydrated soda (a little less than half teaspoon) and a Cup of flour.
Bake until done, when cool, cut the top and the rest cut into 2 Korzh.
For third layer, beat one egg and a third Cup of sugar (less sugar), add the pieces of cream (half a pack, that is 125 gr).
Add slaked soda, a tablespoon of starch and a partial Cup of flour (about 4/5 Cup). Mix well with a mixer, let it sit (5-10 minutes) and bake until done.
Make the sour cream. This time I decided and cream to make ice cream. Beat fat sour cream with a small amount of sugar (1-2 tablespoons), then add the pieces of cream and whisk until the cream becomes thick and will not increase in volume.
Begin to collect the cake. On the bottom put a walnut cake (half), impregnated with orange juice, thickly lubricated cream.
Put the second nut cake, pressed impregnated with juice and grease cream.
Put honey cake (half), it soaked prunes (I had and so soft, and after soaking it can be spread), impregnated with the remaining wine and cream lubricates.
Honey put on top of the second Korzh, to impregnate the wine, smear cream. The third layer (which is cream) cut into 2 parts, one left for crumbs, while the second cut a little on the edges (so it is smaller diameter) and put on the cake.
Grease with the cream and put the top of the nut crust.
The whole cake liberally lubricated cream.
From the remaining cake make crumbs and sprinkle with the cake, the desire to decorate and put into the fridge for the night.
