Amazing fluffy omelet with melted stringy cheese, you can file for Breakfast and dinner. Cooked very quickly and easily. All the ingredients are available, since the recipe is adapted for the Russian market. Hard cheeses that are used in the original, in addition to Parmesan cheese, is cheddar and Gruyere. But, these cheeses also will play well in this recipe. If you only have one kind of cheese, use only it and the omelet will still be wonderful. For this omelette you will need a pan with a heavy bottom about 15-18 cm in diameter.

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Parmesan

    25 g

  • Chives

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. Split eggs on whites and yolks. Finely chop the onion. Cheese to grate, leaving them in separate bowls.
