Description

Salad
Very tasty salad. The recipe was brought from Italy a few years ago, and slightly modified. In their homeland the salad has the name "Paradise Pollo" which means the Paradise chicken. But changing a bit the recipe we gave the salad a new name. The gorgeous combination of sweet pineapple, nuts, cheese, pomegranate and chicken in the spices give the salad a special taste - spicy, different, spicy. Salad no added salt.

Cooking

step-0
For the salad suit and canned and frozen pineapple, but the most striking flavor and aroma (as in the original salad recipe) will get from fresh fruit. Many times I used canned pineapple, and frozen tried (better than canned), but in this New year, bought fresh and put him in a salad bowl. Fresh is the best option!
step-1
Chicken (better to use the meat from the thighs, as it is more tender and juicier) finely chop and fry in olive oil. Add the garlic, turmeric, curry, marjoram and black pepper. Spices can add according to your taste, the main thing that they blend with the chicken. I love anything spicy and tangy, so I experimented and added masala. What is the aroma in the kitchen... it makes my mouth water! But let's not drool... do next!
step-2
Use ONLY HARD cheese VARIETIES!!! Ideal for Parmesan (and all its varieties), Gouda, Edam. The main thing that it was solid and spicy. The three cheese on a coarse grater.
step-3
Walnuts grind in a blender. Walnuts can be mixed half and half with pistachios.
step-4
The salad is almost ready. Left to clean up the pomegranate, chopped onions (can be marinated in Apple cider vinegar), and it all comes together.
step-5
When all fried, chopped, and peeled nature - putting everything into the bowl and stir. DO NOT ADD SALT! Add mayonnaise before serving. Sprinkle with green onion and pomegranate seeds. In this New year, this salad graced the table in the form of tarts. Bon appetit!
