Lamb with apples
Delicious, hearty lamb - that is necessary for the autumn dinner with family.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Lamb chop, sauté, season with a little salt, add water and put to simmer mode "Quenching" for 1.5 hours.

Onions and peppers cut into. Add to the mutton.

Sliced apples and chopped garlic too, add to the bowl with the meat. Simmer vegetables for 20 minutes.

Separately mix the mayonnaise and flour. Add to the meat. Add spices. Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
