Offering another snack-loaf, of which there are many options. But this option I really like, with greens.. with vegetables that you most want in the first truly warm days.

Cooking
Half-rings, slice the pepper and fry a little in butter. Add the beef, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes (if necessary add a little water).
Peeled cucumber, finely chop. Tomato is also cut into thin slices. Mayonnaise mixed with squeezed through a press garlic.
Take the lavash, grease with mayonnaise.
Spread in the middle the minced meat, then tomato, and top with cucumber.
Add a few leaves of lettuce and arugula. Gently roll the roulade.
Cut the roll into pieces (about 3 cm) and served to the table. Recommend to bring to the table, until the stuffing is warm. BON APPETIT!!!
