Chicken thigh in onion cheese sauce
It is a hearty warming dish, very relevant to a rainy and cool autumn. To cook a chicken very simply and quickly.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    5 piece

  • Onion

    500 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Broth

    1.5 cup

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Prepare all the products. Chicken meat is washed and dry.

In a deep pan put the butter. Include medium heat and melt butter.

Until the butter is melted, coarsely cut onions (half rings, or a little smaller). Put the onion in a pan with butter, add fire and fry 5-7 minutes until Golden brown (stirring occasionally).

Then add to the pan the chopped garlic, mustard, seasoning herbes de Provence, ground black pepper, salt.

Pour 1.5 cups of broth, stir and put on medium heat for 10 minutes. Then remove from heat and pour onion sauce in a refractory form.

In the same pan fry on high heat chicken thighs (until Golden brown, about 5 minutes).

Then shift them in the onion dip.

Liberally sprinkle with grated on a fine grater cheese. Put the form in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
