  • Chicken breast

Chicken breast cut in half, salt and pepper.

Almonds, finely chop.

Grind the potato chips. I have Lays with sour cream and green onions. Mix with the almonds.

Beat the egg. Chicken breast roll in flour, egg and then in almond-crisping breaded

Heat the oven to 180*C. Put the chicken on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.

Vegetables and salad finely chop. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Whisking, add the vegetable oil. Pour dressing salad. Meat to serve with salad.
