Meatballs
When I cook meatballs, they always make two types: in tomato sauce or without. In principle, two different dishes, but I United them in one recipe. And meatballs with a surprise!!!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cilantro

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Salt

  • Pine nuts

Cooking

Boil the rice until soft. Wash it with cold water.

In forcemeat add finely chopped onion (1 PCs.).

As well as rice, eggs, salt and pepper - to taste.

Sculpt meatballs. In each put a slice of mushroom (they need to slice) and a few kernels of pine nuts.

Here are the meatballs.

Fry them in vegetable oil (I in a deep fryer).

For the first sauce fry the onion (1 PCs.), on vegetable oil.

Add tomato juice (or diluted tomato paste or fresh tomatoes) and cilantro. Sprinkle with salt and pepper - to taste.

Spread meatballs (half of the total amount) into a saucepan and cover with the sauce. Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.

For the second sauce fry the onion.

Add the chopped mushrooms.

Pour a little water. Salt, pepper, add favorite spices - to taste. Simmer for 3 minutes.

The second batch of meatballs and put in another saucepan, pour the second sauce and just 15 minutes on slow fire.

Served with any side dish. I have mashed potatoes. BON APPETIT!!!
