Description
Summer should have insanely hot! I want to cool down :) So today I want to buy all my favorite ice cream. It is with the vanilla flavor, creamy, delicate, silky - mmmm... of Course, I haven't seen all the recipes for ice cream, but the first 11 pages looked, and found this simply divine treat. Yes, it is not as simple as what I, and many, prepare most of a couple of ingredients (I have cream or milk +condensed milk). But it's really tasty! Trouble is, I swear!

Cooking
First make the English cream. To do this in a pan pour 500 ml of milk and add the vanilla seeds. Add sugar and put on fire, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
Stir the yolks with icing sugar.
Whipping is not necessary, just stir well.
Then gradually pour half of hot milk mixture to the yolks, stirring constantly.
And then this mixture back to the rest of the milk in a saucepan.
Put on the fire again and heat until thickening of the mixture. There is a difficulty: if overheating, the yolks will curdle. Therefore, as soon as it started to thicken a little - off. Get cream like jelly in consistency. If you have a thermometer, then heat is not above 85 degrees. Then the cream is first cooled on the table, then in the fridge.
Cold cream beat until thick.
Add to the cream of our chilled cream.
If you are a happy owner of the ice cream, then this mass pour into ice cream maker and make it work for us ;) I was lucky, for me works as my assistant. If not, then you need a lot to pour into a container put into the freezer. To get it and beat with a mixer every 15 minutes times 4.
But what a delicious result! It's real, girls! Even in the Soviet Union cheated with gelatine or starch, less agar-agar, and did not add the yolks as before. For the recipe grateful to Irina Fadeaway, thanks to her blog, a year 3 as I found my favorite, delicious, natural ice cream!
