Cooking

step-0
In a saucepan, mix water with sugar, and over low heat cook the syrup. After boiling, cook for another 10 minutes, until thick.
step-1
In the hot syrup add the butter and let it melt.
step-2
Mix thoroughly. (Optional add cocoa) Gradually, in stages add the dry milk, milk can and more (I used a mug-screen, so more convenient and does not form lumps) stir constantly, until a thick, elastic mass. Add your favorite spices a pinch, and shredded coconut, candied fruit, crushed nuts, and stir again.
step-3
Cool. Put in the refrigerator somewhere minutes 40-50. (My mixture was in the refrigerator 1 hour) take it out and shape the meatballs. Roll in cocoa and a treat is ready! PS Delicacy prefer to keep in the fridge in a container, shifting the white paper layer by layer) Tasty and nutritious - just great!
step-4
Enjoy your tea, dear friends!!!
