Sea-buckthorn berries with chocolate mousse
In my old records recipe went like cake with sea-buckthorn berries and chocolate mousse. Gradually, this recipe caught on with us as a dessert. The combination of sea buckthorn and chocolate is always tasty, and not difficult to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Sea buckthorn

    600 g

  • Sugar

  • Gelatin

    8 g

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Gelatin

    5 g

Berries defrosted, excess liquid drained. To kill a berry in a blender, pereteret through a sieve and add sugar to taste. Approximate amount of ready puree 350 g to Defer 3 tablespoons berry puree, add the gelatin powder. Give the gelatin to swell slightly warmed to dissolve the gelatin. Do not boil!

To put the mousse in a pastry bag with nozzle" star" and spread sea-buckthorn jelly. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
