Salad with beef
Very tasty, hearty, tender beef salad. Suitable for family dinner and celebration.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    50 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

To prepare the salad, pre-boil beef, eggs. Peel the onion, chop tonike half rings and marinated (onion folded into a container, pour vinegar + 2 tbsp water, leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes) to go all the bitterness.

Salad laid layers. The first layer is the beef. The beef should be disassembled into fiber as small as possible. If necessary, add salt. The second layer - pickled onions. Once the onion is marinated, take it out from the marinade in a sieve to drain excess liquid, then spread on beef. Now we need to fluff these two layer with mayonnaise.

The third layer - Apple. Apple cut into strips (or grate on a coarse grater if you prefer). Again, to miss the mark with mayonnaise. Fourth layer - egg. Eggs cut into strips (or grate it). And again, to miss the mark with mayonnaise.

And finally, the last layer is cheese. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Now you can decorate according to your desire. I added some herbs - parsley. Ready salad put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to soak. The salad is ready! Bon appetit!
