Tuna recline on drushlag and drain off excess water. *Tuna must be canned in water, because oil has a different taste, and it is much fatter.
Onions and celery to be washed. *Onions should be cut very finely, white part cut into four, and two green (the leaves). And just finely chop the celery. In this recipe it is very important to adhere to number of ingredients. To be honest, I myself often don't, but in this recipe it's important.
Take the tuna, celery, onion and mayonnaise and stir. Salt and pepper to taste. *And most importantly, put on gloves and mix well everything, even, I'd say warm up to whole pieces. And just a warning for those who will not listen and hurt with a spoon, let stand for salad night, all soaked, otherwise they will be tasteless.
Can be eaten as a salad or spread on bread, top with lettuce leaf and enjoy ))
