Exquisite pear jam
This wonderful treats many have to taste. Spicy honey pear with nuts - sounds very tempting. Try to cook this delicacy! And the slow cooker to help you!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    500 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Carnation

    5 piece

  • Ginger

    50 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Pectin

    1 pack

  • Lemon

    1 piece

Pear peel and seeds, cut small cubes. To grate ginger and zest, add to pears along with the lemon juice.

Rinse the raisins and soak in a small amount of boiling water (you can add a little rum or brandy).

Almonds peel and split in halves. To do this, pour the nuts twice with boiling water (or boil for 3 minutes).
