Pita stuffed with chicken breast, eggplant and beans
This is homemade fast food. Low products, low time, and the result is a juicy, nourishing, tasty lunch, dinner, snack, slo-mo at work, on a picnic ready! Only if you decide to take with you to work, or on nature, put the stuffing separately in a container that is already in place and stuff the bread, it's to pita (or pita bread) didn't get wet from juices. Chicken breast cut into cubes, and fry in vegetable oil (3-4 tbsp). Fry very quickly, just 3-4 minutes to ensure that meat is not dried up and remains juicy.
