Pears baked in bacon with thyme
Tasty and quick snack to a glass of wine for lovers of French cuisine. Sweet pear, crispy bacon and savory blue cheese.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Bacon

    80 g

  • Blue cheese

    40 g

  • Olive oil

  • Thyme

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Pear cut in half, remove the core.

To put in deepening a piece of cheese and a sprig of thyme.

Wrap each pear with a strip of bacon, brush with olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 180*C for about 15 minutes, for a crispy crust to hold it for another 2 minutes under the grill.
