Who among us has not eaten all of the famous salad "Herring under a fur coat"? Of course, everything. But, surprise guests by submitting it in a new form??? In a roll? Try?

Cooking
Soak the gelatin in 1/4 Cup cold water, give to swell. Potatoes, carrots, potatoes and cheese to RUB on a grater.
Then melt the gelatine, let cool slightly and pour in the mayonnaise. Cover the table with cling film. In grated beets add 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise gelatin, stir and put a layer on the film.
In grated cheese add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise with gelatin, stir and pour on top of beets, leaving the edges a little.
They do the same with the grated potatoes.
In grated carrot add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, spread on top, then in the center put thinly sliced herring fillet and then gently roll all roll.
Unfortunately, photos of the finished loaf came out not very good..
