Mushroom sauce without mushrooms
A very surprising recipe for me. It is interesting in that is prepared from millet and taste it for real mushroom!

Ingredients

  • Millet

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 tsp

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Spices

Wheat grind in a coffee grinder. If you use a different brand of wheat, it should be well washed and dried.

Onion and garlic finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Add ground millet, hops-suneli and gradually stir in the broth, stirring occasionally.

Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. In the end, add salt, pepper and herbs. Almost everyone who tries this sauce, I think that the composition is mushrooms. In any case, it's very rich and delicious.
