Bread kvass
In those families where the bread they bake themselves, is, so to speak, domesticated branded prescription. So in our family, though I only bake in the bread maker, but this is the most favorite, its more of me just ask. The ingredients listed on buhanku in 750g.

  • Mint syrup

  • Rye flour

    120 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    120 g

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    1.5 Tbsp

Add all the flours, salt, and last the yeast.

To put the required software: I have a whole grain bread, weight 750gr, medium crust. After the beep, add the greens. If You don't, just in 20 minutes will add. After the last mixing ( I have 2 hours before the end of the program). Sprinkle seeds. (By the way I after the last batch, remove and mixer)
