Cooking
Chicken breast cut into small pieces and marinate in 3 tbsp soy sauce Kikkoman for 1 hour.
Nectarines cut into 6 pieces. Fry slices of nectarines 1 tbsp olive oil for 30 seconds on each side to brown revival. In the same pan, adding 1 tbsp olive oil to fry the chicken breast for 1 minute on each side.
To make the salad dressing: mix 1 tbsp olive oil, a teaspoon of soy sauce and 2 tsp of lemon juice.
Salad mix on a platter. Put next fried chicken breast and on top of it - roasted nectarines. Pour with the dressing. Serve immediately.
