Meat waffles
Another recipe not the usual cutlets. Juicy meat-vegetable waffles, crispy on the outside and tender inside, sure you will love.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Mix in large bowl the minced meat with grated on a coarse grater vegetables. Beat the egg, add salt and pepper to taste. Add the breadcrumbs and knead very well and beat the stuffing. Let the meat stand for half an hour.

Preheat waffle iron, grease the surface with oil and spread a tablespoon of minced meat. Before they put the meat stir. Slightly flatten and close the lid.
