Cooking
In the beef add the soy sauce, garlic, passed through the press, and the onion, grated on a coarse grater. Knead the minced meat.
Add all the spices. If there is dry celery, then it is possible to replace a couple of fresh sprigs, finely chopped. With tomato remove the peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Knead the mince again. To put in the package and beat on the table, not very zealous, so that the package is not torn. Beef will become more homogeneous, it will go out the extra air. To form patties, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
