Cooking
In the ingredients, I brought the original recipe from the chef, then I'll tell you how this dish I cooked. Chicken /mine weighed 400 g/ cut along the breast, flatten and carefully grate the Svan salt. I have misted it with lemon and sprinkled with garlic pepper.
Put the chicken on a baking sheet. I baked it with sweet potato, greased with vegetable oil.
For the sauce garlic and coriander chop and mix with cream and sour cream. All together to warm up 2-3 minutes in the pan until lightly thickened. I pre-garlic is slightly roasted before the appearance of the characteristic flavor.
The chef advises to bake chicken in a preheated 210 degree oven for 12-13 minutes. I put it in a cold oven and baked 15 minutes on one side, then removed the sweet potatoes, flipped the bird and baked another 5 minutes.
And here is the finished dish!
The chicken turned out tender and juicy, and spicy, spicy from the cilantro, spicy thanks to the garlic, and light cream sauce gave the dish a new flavor!
To the sauce I added only 1 clove of garlic, a number of dairy products have reduced by 1/2, slightly added some salt. Next time I will add less cream or even without it.
A chicken and an unexpected guest to offer not ashamed! It is prepared very quickly and the view is quite presentable!
