Cranberry mousse
My son when he was little, couldn't stand porridge, so I had to Excel, to invent for him various Goodies. This recipe was found (again on the page of the magazine or tear-off calendar). Many years passed and the son still loves this proven old recipe. Today I will treat You to a cranberry mousse. Although you can cook it any other berries too.

Ingredients

  • Cranberry

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    400 ml

Cooking

step-0
Our products. For the mousse I used semolina semolina TM "Mistral".
step-1
Cranberries pour 100 ml. of water and over low heat bring to a boil. Cook for a few minutes. Remove from the heat.
step-2
Slightly cool the cranberries, throw in a sieve and grind. Here's a puree mass, we should get.
step-3
The remaining cake fold again into a saucepan, add sugar, remaining water, and boil and, stirring constantly, add the semolina. Cook thick porridge (spoon should stand!)
step-4
Cool the porridge to room temperature, add the resulting "mash" and good knock with a mixer: first, at low speed, then on the big (beat about 10 minutes). The mixture should increase in volume and to brighten. Spread the mousse in kremanki and decorate as desired: can fruit, can as I, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
