Salad
Very tender and juicy salad! The first time I tried it from my aunt and fell in love... PS Reviewed all salads with pineapple, but have not found. If suddenly a repeat, I apologize:))

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    400 g

  • Pineapple

    300 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

Apples clear from the skin and seeds. Dice, squeeze over the juice of 1/2 lemon and stir. It is necessary that the apples are not darkened

With pineapple, drain the water, add to the apples. If pineapple pieces are large enough that they can be cut to size they were about as Apple slices.

Walnuts chop with a knife very finely. I love that the walnut was felt in the teeth, when eating a salad:)

Pre-boiled in lightly salted water chicken breast to cool and separated from the bones. Cut into cubes, add to salad.

To dress our salad mayonnaise with sour cream (can use light yogurt or low-fat sour cream, then the salad will have fewer calories)
