Salad of beetroot, feijoas and nuts
Recipe exhibited on many sites, I was interested in and loved it!!! Vegetable diet salad contains fiber, vitamins, minerals, has low calories - all this makes it very useful for health and for losing weight after a heavy meal!

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Feijoa

    3 piece

  • Cashews

    25 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

Here are our products! Just specify what you were doing at the recipe site, and for my taste feijoas too much, need less to put in, even though I ate sour salad with fun :) So I type in the ingredients fewer than 2-3 things, I think it will be much spicier and tastier.

Boiled beets and pineapple guava to clean. To useful properties of feijoa peel not lost, I finely sliced with a knife and drier in the plate on the battery. Brewed flavorful and healthy tea!

To grate a nice beet, huh and feijoa, nuts chop with a knife. Add salt, fill with oil and mix salad.
