Pie with poppy seeds and cream filling
In poppy cakes definitely has a unique flavor. This poppy seed cake a real temptation — he is very gentle, fragrant and pleasant to taste. This cake I want to give a great girl, my friend Renataki (Rencha1).

Ingredients

  • Flour

    140 g

  • Brown sugar

  • Vanilla

  • Mac

    20 g

  • Water

  • Condensed milk

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

Eggs beat well with sugar. I used unrefined cane sugar Demerara TM "Mistral".

In boiling water add oil.

To the flour add baking powder and vanilla, mix well.

Pour in the egg mixture to the boiling water and stir in the flour with the baking powder and vanilla. Mix well. Add poppy seeds, mix well.

Form ( d=24 cm) to cover with baking paper, grease with oil and pour into it the dough. Twist a couple times to knock the form on the table, did not rise to the top when baking. Bake in a preheated 180ºC oven for about 30-35 minutes, until dry matches.

For filling combine cream, sour cream, condensed milk and mix well. Hot cake as often as possible to impale a wooden torch and pour the pie filling.
