Lemon jelly roll
Sometimes the roll may be more appropriate than a lush cake. Gentle, airy, with original filling will delight you and your guests. Try it and be surprised.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Jam

    1 cup

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Mint

Soak gelatine 0,5 stack. water. Preheat the oven at 210 gr. Beat the eggs with the sugar in a thick fluffy mass. Add the flour and mix gently from the bottom up with a spatula.

Pave the pan with parchment paper, evenly spread the biscuit mass and bake for 7 minutes.

On a kitchen towel, evenly sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar.

And gently roll. Leave to cool completely.

In a small saucepan, mix the juice of 2 lemons + zest of 1 lemon + 3 tablespoons of sugar, heat to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and immediately add gelatin. Mix well. Remove in the cold.

As soon as lemon jelly begins to solidify, add the milk, mix well.

Whip the cream, a little aside for decoration, add the remaining jelly and mix gently. Our lemon curd is ready.

Coat the cake with raspberry jam (slightly leave for decoration).
