Description
Delicious, aromatic, moderately spicy dish of pumpkin with vegetables. It turns out sweet and sour and a slight kick. Great for a side dish to meat, and as a separate dish it is the place to be.

Cooking
Onions cut into rings, bell pepper cubes and put to fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Just a couple of minutes on high heat.
Pumpkin peel and cut into small thin slices. Hot pepper remove seeds and finely chop. All add to the onions and bell peppers. Fire reduce. Vegetables mix gently and fry until cooked pumpkin.
When the pumpkin flushed and almost ready, add the vegetables, chopped dill, salt, sugar and garlic finely chopped. Pour in the balsamic vinegar. Gently stir vegetables, and add heat to evaporate the liquid. Our side dish is ready. He's good both hot and cold.
