Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Sausages

    200 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Spices

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Figure

    1.5 cup

  • The processed cheese

    1 piece

Cooking

Heat in a pan the oil and fry the pieces of pork, season it with salt and spices.

Add the chopped onions and carrots and sauté them with the meat. Add in a pan 3 tablespoons of thing (or spicy tomato adzhika).

Stir in the rice. I decided to use a pic "Samarkand" from the Mistral.

Pour hot water, cover the lid and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and leave for another 10 minutes.

Slice sausages.

And grate cheese.

Add cheese and sausage to the rice and mix.
