Cooking
The amount of ingredients is for 3-4 small servings. Instead of strawberries you can use any other fruit. But in the season of strawberries its use just need :)
For dessert, I took small brown sugar from "Mistral".
Strawberries cut into halves or quarters. Lime juice to mix with liquor, sugar and lime zest. Pour the strawberries and mix gently. Put in the cold for 15 minutes.
By the way, the Limoncello, which I made myself using a recipe Xenia Lacoste http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/428 34/ Making it very simple, but the result is almost identical to the original. This liqueur is very good in desserts and pastries.
Molds for baking grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Arrange on the bottom of the cups with pickled strawberries. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar, starch and egg yolks with a mixer. Separately beat the whites in a stable foam. In a few receptions stir whites into cottage cheese. No need to interfere, let them remain pieces of the protein mass, this will make the soufflé more tender. Spread soufflé moulds and place in a preheated 190 °C oven for 20 minutes.
