The flour with the baking powder sift in a bowl, add sugar. Add the vegetable oil and mineral water. Mix well. The dough should be like thick cream. If the dough gustavito, add more soda. Pour the batter into the form and bake at 180* for about 30-40 minutes. Cool.
Cream: 2 cups of juice pour into a saucepan. Add sugar and semolina. Put on fire, bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, allow to cool and whip to a mousse in the cold (I just put the pot in a bowl of cold water), One cake impregnated with syrup (I used syrup from under canned peaches, which were used for the layer). Place a layer of mousse on top to stack fruit (I made with canned peaches). Cover with the second Korzh, again soak it with the syrup. The top has a layer of mousse, garnish with fruit.
