My kids love homemade cakes. I forgot when I bought them cookies. On the Internet, I found the recipe of delicious homemade cookies and great pleasure to share with You.
Ingredients

Raisins

Yolk egg

Rum
60 ml
Cooking
Soak raisins in rum for 30 minutes.
Connect the flours with salt and baking powder.
RUB soft butter with sugar and yolk.
Add flour mixture and raisins (with rum). Knead.
To form a block, wrap in plastic wrap and send in the cold (I put in the freezer) for 30 minutes.
Then cut to a thickness of 0.5 cm and place on a parchment covered baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 180C 15-20 minutes.
