Light salad in tartlets
I have long wanted to cook something from avocado. And here decided. Turned out delicious and light salad.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Crab sticks

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Avocado cut in half, remove the pit, spoon out the flesh, mash with a fork into a puree. Garlic squeeze through the frog, to mix with the mashed avocado, add a spoonful of mayonnaise, salt to taste and all beat with a fork into a homogeneous mass.

For the tartlet spread the mashed avocado, sprinkle with crab sticks and then with grated egg. Decorate the top with mayonnaise. BON APPETIT!!!
