Cooking
Chicken fillet shared on fiber or cut into pieces.
Egg whites, chop with a knife, the yolks set aside for filling.
Greens finely chop, the part can be put aside for decoration.
For the filling mash the yolks with a fork, add the oil, lemon juice (or vinegar), mustard, salt and spices of Your choice.
Dressed salad and serve. Bon appetit!
