No need to knead the dough.

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Apple juice

    0.5 cup

  • Apple

    1 kg

  • Margarine

    120 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

Cooking

Semolina, flour and sugar stir in soda and vanilla sugar.

Clean apples.

Grate them (the faster processor), mix with half the norm of powdered sugar.

In a greased form put in layers

Alternating, loose and mix the apples so that the latter was a layer of bulk mixture.

Sprinkle with margarine and bake at 180 deg. in about 40 minutes.

Then cupcake remove from oven, pour Apple juice mixed with the remaining icing sugar, sprinkle with lemon zest and bake for another 10 minutes.
