Description
This salad I long ago tried the restaurant, since it is often prepared for the holidays. It is light, juicy and extremely tasty. Very nice serve portions, spreading or in groups or in a transparent salad bowl layers. Cracks behind the ears, even for those who are usually wary of the combination of these ingredients. Try it!

Chicken fillet boil, cool, split into fibers.
