Description
Thanks for the idea, the author "Dreams", used in the design, but the recipe is different. I found it in an old magazine: bake an ordinary cake and make a cake of any shape. The recipe is "wreath", I modeled THIS. Very gentle, not greasy, with slices of peach - just a delight!

Cooking
Soft butter, sugar and the grated zest of 1 lemon beat well. Add the eggs one by one, each beat is approximately 0.5 minutes.
Flour, starch, baking powder mix and portions to enter into the egg-oil mixture. Pour onto the baking tray covered with baking paper, flatten. Bake for 30-40 mins at 200 deg.
Soak gelatine in cold water, 2 halves of peaches to postpone for decoration, 3 halves cut into cubes
the rest along with a juice mixer to smash into a puree. Squeeze the gelatin in a water bath to melt, gently push the peach puree. I first added a couple tablespoons of the puree into the gelatin and then poured it into the remaining puree. All this with rapid stirring. Put the cold to light the gelatin.
cut the base of the cake, the rest of the cake cut into cubes.
1 Cup. cream to whip and put together with the cubes of peach and crust peach puree
Put the mass into shape (shape rinse with cold water), press on top of cake base and in the cold for 3 hours. I form a spread film, it is easier then to take out, this time I used tea cups (you know why) and the rest I put on the cake and covered the top with foil. Yes, and modeled the neck (really like work, well, I'm not a sculptor!)
Take out the cake from the mold and collected. I covered with fondant, I wanted to make a black woman, and the paint was not, so on top and chocolate icing. Well, prescription the top of the pie covered with whipped cream (1 Cup. + vanilla sugar) and decorate with peaches, cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Bon appetit!
