Meatballs
Offer to cook all the famous meatballs "Hedgehogs" in a sauce of onions and fresh tomatoes. The sauce is mild and delicate taste and goes well with meatballs.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Tomato

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Onion peel and cut into small pieces, fry in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.

Tomato peel and cut into cubes.

Add the tomatoes to the onions, stew 4 minutes.

I used boiled rice from TM "Mistral".

Mix rice with minced meat and egg. Add salt and nutmeg to taste.

To the vegetables add water. Dissolve the flour with a little water and add to vegetables.

Shape the balls and put them in the sauce. Simmer meatballs for about 15 minutes under a lid. It is served together with the sauce hot. Bon appetit!
