This dish is a frequent guest on the Chinese table, it is symbolic not only in its composition - even its shape has a symbolic meaning! The first two kanji in the name of this dish indicates the name of an ancient Buddhist artifact Yoruba, a ceremonial curved rod with a long handle in the form of the letter "S". And this staff - that is to say, the Chinese equivalent of the Russian "magic wand".

Prepare the egg pancakes. For one serving you will need 2 eggs. Eggs, beat until smooth with a whisk.
